Yoga for Beginners - Drop-In
If you want to try yoga, this class is a good place to begin. You do not need any prior yoga experience. You will learn basic breath work, yoga postures, and simple stretches. Deep relaxation is also included each week. You can take this drop-in class at any time. You might also be interested in taking the 6-week Foundational series.
This class is for you if you:
1. Are new to yoga.
2. Want to relax and de-stress.
3. Want to increase strength and flexibility.
4. Are exploring yoga for the first time.
5. Want to learn to breathe properly.
