Tips and Guidelines

We would like to share some information with you - 

  • Doors to the studio will be unlocked at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled start time of each class. 
  • Our studio doors lock at the scheduled start time for classes so it's important to arrive early enough to settle in.
  • Please sign in online to save your spot in the class.
  • Walk ins are welcome.  Come early to register.
  • Please be cognizant of using perfumes and lotions.  Many people might be sensitive to smells.  Lotions on the feet affect the floors, bolsters and blankets so please refrain from using lotions prior to class.  Thanks.
  • Our studio is stocked with all kinds of props - bolsters, blankets, blocks, etc.  You are welcome to use anything and everything that will assist you in your practice.  
  • In the event of inclement weather please check our website or Facebook for class cancellations.
  • When you arrive sign the sign-in sheet hanging above the blankets in the studio.
  • If you want to try yoga and do not have a mat, mats can be rented for $1.  Please clean off the mats with the cleaner that is in our studio before returning your mat to the shelf.
  • Please silence your cell phones and we recommend leaving all phones outside of the studio.
  • Please remove your shoes before entering the studio.  
  • ​Wait at least 2 hours after eating a meal before doing yoga.  A snack is probably ok.
  • Wear comfortable clothing. 
  • Bring a sweater and/or socks for guided relaxation and meditation at the end or your class.  
  • Enjoy.
