Benefits of a Yoga Practice

We know that every time we step on to our mats we feel better.  When we miss a class or two or when we don’t practice for a while our bodies and minds keep calling us back because we feel great after practicing!

The many benefits of yoga are now being documented by science so not only do we have a qualitative reason, feeling better, we also have many quantative reasons to enjoy yoga.  Just do an internet search and you will find oodles of articles discussing and emphasizing the various benefits of practicing yoga.
