 Vinyasa Classes

VINYASA
​Vinyasa classes incorporate the wisdom of Hatha Yoga with breath-linked movement to create a yoga flow that is fun and challenging.  It’s a mindfulness practice that helps you develop a deep understanding of both your physical and energetic bodies.  Vinyasa sequences build strength, flexibility, mindfulness and grace. Classes vary in length, speed and level of difficulty.



STORE Hours

Catch us when you Can - hours vary but we always have someone here from
3 pm - 7 pm on Thursday

Classes

Arrive 10-15 minutes before class to set up and settle in.

Doors open 15 minutes before class begins.
