​Vinyasa classes incorporate the wisdom of Hatha Yoga with breath-linked movement to create a yoga flow that is fun and challenging.  It’s a mindfulness practice that helps you develop a deep understanding of both your physical and energetic bodies.  Vinyasa sequences build strength, flexibility, mindfulness and grace. Classes vary in length, speed and level of difficulty.
