YOGA FOR BEGINNERS TO INTERMEDIATES
Yoga is an awesome experiential activity, but can be a little intimidating. We believe that everyone can do yoga and this class will guide you in learning how to move into and out of poses in safe and effective ways. Learn the basics and then the next steps to a fully formed pose that is right for you! Come grow your practice. |
RESTORATIVE
We live in a busy world with many demands and where we rarely take time to rest - really rest. Restorative poses are transformative. They allow deep openings in the body and promote the release of stored toxins, physical stress and mental tension. Read more |
MEDITATION MOXIE
Everyone can meditate and practice mindfulness. We all have determination and will - Moxie. Sometimes we just need a space and place to develop the skills. This class is 45 minutes so you can fit it into your day! (See a listing of Meditation and Mindfulness Classes) |
SERENITY
If you are new to yoga, have tight muscles, or an older individual and would like to be more mobile, flexible and build some strength in an easy non-threatening way, join our very gentle-serenity yoga for seniors class. Read more. |

iRest Yoga Nidra is a simple form of meditation designed for modern day living. Everyone needs a way to feel at ease when life gets challenging. iRest helps you tap into a place that is calm - even when life is not. It is easy to learn, easy to do, and it can be done by anyone. iRest meditation helps you restore balance - no matter what life throws your way. |
YOGA FOR INNER WELLNESS - A TRAUMA SENSITIVE YOGA CLASS - Not currently offered
We have all experienced tough situations and sometimes we need the space and support to work through life's events. We start with some gentle poses and we finish off this class with an iRest / yoga nidra meditation practice where we focus on getting to know our bodies again and figure out how our emotions affect and where they are stored in our bodies. |
ASHTANGA YOGA - Modified Primary Series - Not currently offered
Ashtanga Yoga is a highly structured vinyasa-style class, where movement is linked with the breath, that is dynamic and physically demanding. This class provides a modified version of the original “first series.” Each week you will flow through sun salutations (both A and B), standing poses done on each side of the body, inversions and seated poses. All classes end with savasana (relaxation) to help you rest and relax. |
VIN YIN YOGA
Experience deep release is a class designed to create physical and emotional wellness. Gentle, supported postures are held for between 1 and 5 minutes, which allows and encourages both body and mind to open into deep relaxation while encouraging increased flexibility in the physical body, recharging the body’s energetic system, and inviting the mind to focus inward. We also move through vinyasa sequences. So you get the best of both! This class is the perfect antidote to your busy, active life and is an excellent preparation for meditation practices. |
