Blue Horizons Wellness offers a variety of high quality classes to fit your lifestyle.  Classes vary in length, complexity, and style. Come explore and have fun!

HATHA
​​The hatha style of yoga emphasizes movement with alignment and breath throughout the practice. Not all classes are the same, some are beginners classes, some are advanced and everything in between.  Click here for a description of the levels of Hatha classes we use here at Blue Horizons.

Yoga ​Basics (Hatha Level I)
In this class we focus on the basics of yoga.  We learn the fundamentals including proper alignment in postures, breathing and relaxation practices to improve posture, and  practice balance and focus while developing strength and flexibility in a safe and fun way.  ​​

YOGA FOR BEGINNERS TO INTERMEDIATES (Level I and II)
Yoga is an awesome experiential activity, but can be a little intimidating. We believe that everyone can do yoga and this class will guide you in learning how to move into and out of poses in safe and effective ways.  Learn the basics and then the next steps to a fully formed pose that is right for you!  Come grow your practice.

VINYASA
​Vinyasa classes incorporate the wisdom of Hatha Yoga with breath-linked movement to create a yoga flow that is a fun and challenging. (Level I / II)

RESTORATIVE
We live in a busy world with many demands and where we rarely take time to rest - really rest. Restorative poses are transformative.  They allow deep openings in the body and promote the release of stored toxins, physical stress and mental tension.  Read more
