Restorative Yoga
Our restorative classes are gentle and allow the body to naturally relax. They begin with a few minutes of gentle movement to warm muscles, create space, and help prepare the body for relaxation. Then we offer a sequence of about five to seven poses that may include light twists, seated forward folds, and (very) gentle backbends. We don’t skimp on the props either. You will be completely supported by props, bolsters, blankets, eye pillows, straps and walls, to allow and facilitate complete relaxation. We create an environment to allow you to access your inner wisdom and transform the moment into an experience of great comfort and deep rest. Ahhhhhhh….. This class is open to everyone. This is a very gentle class. |
