Rest, Relax & Restore 
What a great way to reset your energy.  In these restorative classes you will be guided through supported poses so muscles release and your mind relaxes.  Essential oils and breath practices will be shared throughout the class to  naturally release stress, and improve well being.  

Come to let go of tension and leave with restored energy!

Cost:  $18.00 if you register at least 2 days before, $20 thereafter.

Gounding Restorative– October 5th 7-9 pm.
Grounding is a way to reset your energy.  Instead of being "up in your head," thinking and allowing energy to build as tension in the shoulders, come to the grounding class to learn techniques that bring you back in balance.  
 
During these two hours you will experience gentle "grounding" yoga practices for your body and enjoy the aroma of grounding essential oils to enhance your relaxation experience.
 

Cooling Restorative – November 9th 7-9 pm
Sometimes, when our emotions get the better of us, we get upset, uptight, and we get heated up.  When we ignore our emotions they get stuffed into our muscles and tend to pop up at the most inopportune times.  
 
In this 2-hour "cooling" yoga and restorative practice you will experience yoga practices to help reduce tension in the muscles, breathing practices to help calm the mind and a restorative meditation practice to soothe emotions and return your mind, body and soul to balance.
 

Wholeness & Being Restorative– December 7th 7-9 pm

Enjoy 2 hours of pure bliss.  A gentle yoga practice, reiki, essential oils, candles and a guided restorative meditation.  What could be better?  Experience complete and total stillness during this whole body, whole mind, whole spirit restorative.

Get ready for the busy holidays by centering yourself during this wonderfully restorative event.
