Thursdays- 7:00 to 8:15 pm 6-Week Series March 21st to April 25th
Deepen your practice with this 6-week series! This series of classes is for yoga students who already have some knowledge of yoga poses and want to gain a solid understanding of alignment in yoga poses. We will continue to build strength and increase flexibility.
Upon completion of this series, you will have a good foundation for how to set up poses in a safe and effective way. You will also learn more about how to use breath in the practice to attune yourself with the meditative qualities of a yoga practice. This class is for students who want to continue on after their first Foundational Series and for students that have a beginner practice and would like to learn more about alignment and be part of a community.
Cost: Early Bird $60.00 if you sign up before March 19th. $75 thereafter.
