This 6-week series is the perfect way to develop a strong yoga practice that will carry you through a life of yoga. This series is for new yogis and practiced yogis.
You will gain knowledge and understanding to perform poses within alignment principles. You will learn which muscles to activate for each pose plus how to align poses safely and in a way that will help you to grow your practice. Strength and flexibility will be developed during this series that will enhance your yoga practice and support your life.
