We are so happy and excited to welcome Hannah Buhr to our team of inspiration leaders!

My name means divine favor & grace.  Yoga has captured my passion and that is why I am here!.

The profound impact my practice has had on the course of my life is something I am always ready to share with people.  I’m a firm believer in the benefits of deep breathing and kindness.

​My journey from self destruction to self love started on my mat. I’m excited to lead people through that.

I'm looking forward to meeting you on the mat!
