We are a very small studio. Our classes range from 4 to 12 people and we like it that way. You are never overwhelmed with too many people in a class.
Our caring professionals believe that yoga and meditation are beneficial to our bodies and minds and help us enjoy and live life - better!
We also believe that yoga is for everyone and so in our classes we offer a variety of ways to do the same pose. One size does not fit all.
Join us for a class on Wednesday or Saturday!
