Very Gentle - Serenity Yoga 
If you are new to yoga, have tight muscles, or would like to be more mobile, flexible or build some strength in an easy non-threatening way, join our very gentle, serenity yoga class.  In this class we use gentle stretching and restorative postures to lengthen muscles and increase flexibility.  We use props and chairs, and many pose variations so everyone has fun practicing yoga.  This class is suitable for seniors

Yoga ​Basics (Hatha Level I)
In this class we focus on the basics of yoga.  We learn the fundamentals including proper alignment in postures, breathing and relaxation practices to improve posture, and  practice balance and focus while developing strength and flexibility.  ​

Yoga - Hatha Level II
This class builds on Level I developing endurance as well as strength and flexibility.  It includes more challenging poses than Level I and may move a little faster.  Breathing and meditation practices will be incorporated from time to time.  Please join us in Level I/II if you are ready for some additional challenges.   ​
