Conscious Breathing with Lindsay Balgooyan

When: Tuesday, February 13, 6:00-8:00 pm 
​Cost:  $25 if registered by February 9th, $30 thereafter 



​Stress, panic, and anxiety do not have to be the story of your life. Anxiety is an energy that can be redirected. The movement releases the attachment to the worry. Release the struggle by flowing it, breathing into it and making a shift.

In this class you will:
  • Turn anxiety into calmness 
  • Learn how our breathing controls our emotions 
  • Let go of stress, worry, panic, and anxiety 
  • Understand how breath can enhance our feelings of gratitude towards our selves and each other. ​
