Create your well-being with The Chakra Series Sundays, 6:00 - 8:00 pm Enjoy 2 hours of pure bliss. Each class will guide you through a gentle restorative yoga practice and you'll enjoy essential oil aromatherapy, a little reiki, candle light and a guided iRest yoga nidra meditation. What could be better? Using this practice to move through and clear each of the Chakras! Each class will focus on a different Chakra beginning with the root chakra. The last class will be an overall Chakra clearing session - a very special class indeed! We are all born with an essential nature of peaceful wholeness, but we let so many things get in the way of Being.
