​I have been doing yoga as part of a personal stretching program for many many years. 

I became interested in participating in Yoga for Veterans when I learned about the benefits for people who are dealing with post-traumatic stress and trauma.  

The science and research are showing positive results.  
 These practices help to calm the nervous system and train the mind to focus.  

Veterans put themselves in harms way for all of us and this is one way that I can support our Veterans.
