Blue Horizons offers you several ways to learn yoga, meditation or tai chi as a beginner at our studio. We encourage (but do not require) you start with one of our 6-week or 4-week Series Classes for beginners. These series classes are courses especially designed for those who have never practiced before or who have stopped practicing for a while and need a refresher.
There are beginner courses of varying levels of difficulty so that you can practice yoga in a way that best suites your own body. You will learn the basic techniques, principles and poses and will receive plenty of personal attention.
If you are a longtime yoga practitioner, we also encourage you to occasionally attend a beginner class to continue to build upon your foundational learning of yoga.
