A comprehensive introduction to the science and concepts of the Martial Arts and their relationship to health and wellness.
Attendees will be given qualified guidance on proper awareness, attitude, and application of various drills, concepts and techniques that are designed to promote the maintenance and development of body awareness, coordination, balance, strength, and mindful movement.
Appropriate for all ages and skill levels, students can expect to achieve a thorough understanding of how, when, and why to apply these concepts in life both for self-preservation and self-cultivation.
The series will be guided by Cody Reed, an Associate Instructor in the science and concepts of Jeet Kune Do and Filipino Martial Arts with 10 years experience learning and teaching these skills to a wide variety of students.
