8-Week New Beginner Series
In this 8-week series you will learn and practice the basics of yoga - breath, alignment, mindfulness and movement. We will learn a sun salutation that consists of 12 poses that move all the major muscle groups and is generally the basis of many vinyasa practices. This 8-week session is great for someone who has never participated in a yoga class or has just a little experience.
