Here are some videos you can use. These are "Uncut" versions, complete with mistakes and oops moments. They include the entire class - so, brief seated meditation to start, 30-40 minutes of asana practice, followed by 20 minutes or so of some kind of meditation at the end. Most often a guided meditation.
If you want to only do a meditation, skip to the time slot noted on each listing. Remember that I didn't have a microphone during the earliest ones so those are a little "gritty."
